The sofa is good enough if you not planning to use it as your main living room item. What I mean by that is, you'll be fine if you put it in a place where you know you are not going to be sitting on it all day. I am using this in my garage where I occasionally sit to watch sports, hangout with neighbors/friends. The materials feel cheap (you get what you pay for) and doesn't offer good back support. You will need extra couch pillows to support your lower back. The assembly is very easy. I was able to put it together in about 30mins with ease. As for your main living room sofa, go for a more comfortable option.The sectional sofa and chaise are easy to assemble and are comfortable. The seating is kind of stiff and we figure the firmness will lessen over time. The sofa into bed functionality is very smooth and easy. No complaints so far on comfortability. More impressive was the customer service. The color/material we chose was not available due to logistical issues outside of the company’s control. The company notified us quickly of the issue so that we could either cancel the order or accept an alternative color at a discounted price. After agreeing to a discounted item, our sofa arrived much faster than expected.
