The product is very sturdy and easy to open and close. The bag makes it easy to carry. My dog is loving it so far. We are practicing place command and using the cot. He seems comfortable there. And it helps during hot days.We recently sent our dogs to a board and train where cots were used and we desperately needed two that were not ginormous but also still sturdy as our dogs are 40 pounds and 35 pounds and growing. All the ones I saw were huge and usually only held up to 50 pounds. Since we don’t know how big our puppy will get, we wanted to make sure she would be able to use it long term. These were a little more expensive than I wanted to spend on them but they ended up being so worth it. They not only are collapsible and fold up and down very easily, but they also come with a carrying case in case you want to take them somewhere with you. We ordered two and only got one and the company backed their product and sent us another one. Overall, an amazing experience and I highly recommend these cots if you need one but have limited space like us. Our dogs love them as well.I needed a portable cot for obedience training the new puppy. I tried another brand that I bought locally but was unimpressed.This one is easy to fold and unfold. It fits nicely into the provided canvass bag for transportation. It’s large enough that Our Border Collie can move around without falling off. It’s stable in uneven ground.My 2 medium size dogs love their elevated platform cots since that is how they were trained. I travel a lot (in and out of state) and taking their cots is always a bigger chore than it seems like it would be. I purchased these hoping it would make it just a bit more seamless and it has. The dogs love these cots and it is so nice to fold them up in the car and while not in use. They are sturdy and easy to set up. Highly recommend!Overall the product is good. However it is difficult to fold in half. That may be because it's new, not sure. I have to store the bed in a storage area in my camper. With the bed folded and placed in the bag it makes it too high for the storage area since other items are also stored there. It stores fine by folding up the legs only and not using the storage bag (naturally it must be folded before you can store it in the bag). I would still recommended it.Got this as a training aid (place!) for my dog. It seems very well-made. The seams are double reinforced, and I like that the hinges have what feels like some pretty heavy duty hinges. It comes in a case with a handle that it folds up into. That will be great for being out and about. Even though it was new to my dog, he climbed up on it readily. I was worried about that, but didn’t need to. It’s stable, doesn’t rock when he steps on, which is super important. It does seems to slide a little on carpet, so I put one edge against a bookcase or something then it stays in place even when Mr. Active bounces up onto it. So that you can size accurately, my dog is a mini-Aussie at 32 pounds, and it seems to fit him perfectly. Any bigger and I’d size up.Our trainer recommended that we obtain a pet cot so that our Pug could learn the PLACE command. Now when given the command, our Pug jumps up onto the cot and immediately sits on it. We initially ordered and received another cot but returned it as it was not well constructed and our puppy turned it over when he jumped on it. This is exactly what we need and it will be traveling with us as it is edgy to fold and fits nicely between the front and rear seat of our car.The material seemed sturdy, but the legs would not lock in place. Either the middle would pop up, or the sides would fold in. Did not see any locking mechanism for the legs. Just got delivered — returning immediately.UPDATE: What AWESOME customer service! The company reached out to me and sent me a replacement immediately! The first one must have just been defective, because the legs licked in place on the replacement one sent. Our 90 lb dog is a bit hesitant to get onto it because of the little bit of give, but it was sturdy enough to hold him. The 5 stars given is for the excellent customer service.
