Came yesterday in 3 boxes. No damage yay. It took me over 5 hours to put together (woman all by myself, well with little kids running around all the time). The instruction came in 2 sets. You can attach the stairs left or right same with the slide you could put it next to the stairs or on the opposite side. Every piece was labeled and the instruction was nice and clear to understand. The wood is nice and sturdy, it has a little smell but it’s colored wood and it’s not to strong. The only issue I had was the tower above the slide. I did not install that. I failed lol but I am not an expert handy woman. The screws broke out the wood piece you connect the metal to. So I just left it and didn’t install it at all. It is awesome even without it and my son was ok not to have it. I am almost 200 pounds and sat with the mattress in the bed to put the covers on the top and it did not break. I would feel comfortable to sleep in it without worry to break. The weight limit is 175 so I was very careful though. The stairs are really solid and I have no worry they will break when I stand on them. My kids love the bed the slide is strong since it has wood panels supporting it under the sliding board. We all love it and it’s money well spend, we hope we get many years out of it and I don’t see why.
