Shipping was 3 days earlier than expected. The cardboard was thick and Styrofoam padding on all edges. So no dents at all upon arrival. The metal is on the thin side, but acceptable. I got 2 I'm going to mount on the sides of my truck bed. The metal appears to be alloy and not 100% aluminum. Side handles are spring loaded - nice. Locks open and close smoothly as long as you're not twisting the box any. The latches are thin and connected to the lid by 3 rivets. It could be defeated by a pry bar and 5 year old. For the price of $65 each, still a good deal overall. I'll let you know if it rusts.
